FAQ

When does the seller ship?

  • Normally, I ship the following Friday (previous day if holiday conflicts) after you place an order. When preordered items and items ordered together with preorders will be shipped will be in the item description.
  • Please account for my handling time then add the delivery time by the shipping company. I will try to accommodate if you want it shipped out sooner.
  • For people outside the USA, please be aware that items can ship slowly, even beyond 4 weeks.

 

I downgraded my bigcartel, so listings were deleted. Don't worry if you don't see your product anymore and please contact me if there was an issue with your order.

The seller or the shipping company made a mistake! Wrong item, damage, misdelivered, no item received

  • I will offer a replacement free of charge or a full refund for the first time.
  • Should something fail the second time, however, I will only offer a full refund.

 

Buyer put in the wrong address!

  • If the buyer makes a mistake with address before item is shipped, I can change the address manually.
  • If the buyer makes a mistake with the address after item is shipped, I will not offer a refund or replacement.

 

Buyer made a mistake in the order!

  • If the buyer makes a mistake with the order before item is shipped, I can make changes or offer a full refund.
  • If the buyer makes a mistake with the order after item is shipped, I will only offer a refund or replacement upon return shipping at the buyer's expense.
